This feature lets you print your outlet’s logo at the top of receipts. You can turn it ON or OFF for each printer group, so different printers can have different receipt designs.
What is this feature?
This feature allows you to include your logo on printed receipts. Each printer group can be configured independently to show or hide the outlet logo. This gives you the flexibility in how the receipts look.
What it does
Prints the outlet logo at the top of receipts (when enabled)
Works per printer group — each group can have its own setting
Supports multiple configurations on the same physical printer
(one receipt per printer group)
What it doesn’t do
❌ Does not optimize logos automatically for thermal printers
❌ Does not print logos on cancellation tickets
❌ Does not require a logo — the feature is optional
How to use it?
Where to find the setting
Go to Settings > Printers
Select a printer group with type Receipt
Find the Print outlet logo toggle
Requirements
Your outlet must have a logo uploaded
(in Outlet Settings, logo field)The printer group must be set to Receipt type
(this option is not available for Kitchen or Bar tickets)
Settings options
Toggle ON → The outlet logo prints at the top of receipts for this printer group
Toggle OFF → Receipts print without a logo (standard format)
⚠️ Important considerations for merchants
Thermal printer compatibility
Thermal printers only print in black and white. They cannot reproduce colors or very light shades.
Best practices for logos
Use logos with dark colors and strong contrast
Avoid light, pale, or pastel designs
Always test-print after enabling the feature
If needed, prepare a high-contrast logo version specifically for receipts
Multiple receipts from one printer
If the same physical printer is assigned to multiple receipt printer groups with different logo settings, it will print one receipt per group (for example, one with a logo and one without).
Cash drawer behavior
Even if multiple receipts print, the cash drawer will open only once.
Troubleshooting
Logo doesn’t appear on the receipt
Check that a logo is uploaded in Outlet Settings
Make sure Print outlet logo is toggled ON for the printer group
Confirm the printer group type is set to Receipt
Logo prints very light or blank
The logo likely uses light colors that thermal printers can’t print
Upload or switch to a darker, higher-contrast logo
Multiple receipts are printing
Check whether the printer is assigned to more than one receipt printer group
This is expected behavior — each group prints its own configured receipt
