🛌 Cloudbeds Integration

Papaya becomes part of your hotel PMS provider

With Cloudbeds integration, your staff can instantly send a customer's order payment straight to their room charge. When closing an order using Cloudbeds payment, the order can still be reopened and payment can be cancelled for refund if needed. Do note that payment must be cancelled before initiating other actions, such as cancelling items, moving items, or applying discounts.

‼️ Important : Split payment cannot be initiated on Cloudbeds payment

⚙️ How to Use It?

  1. Head to Settings > PMS Provider and activate the Cloudbeds integration.

  2. Once Cloudbeds is enabled, you'll see a new payment method: Cloudbeds Reservation when Add Payment.

  3. You will see a list of guest reservation list who are currently checked in at the hotel when selecting Cloudbeds Reservations payment method.

  4. When a customer wants to charge their meal to the room, they’ll just need to provide their name, room number, or reservation ID with your staff. Do note that the customer provides all their details before initiating the payment on Cloudbeds.

⚠️ Important: Customer cannot pay via Cloudbeds. Payment through Cloudbeds must be initiated only by your staff.
