Payment Only Channel

Payment Only Channel enables customer to complete payment for an order that has been initiated by staff on the POS. Customer can simply scan a QR code, select their preferred payment method, and proceed with the payment. Do note that Payment Only Channels applies to only Dine-in and Takeaway Channel.

How to use it?

Step 1. Open the Channel that you like to enable Payment Only

Step 2. Toggle Payment Only mode

Step 3. Staff initiate a new order through the POS and adds items to the basket

Step 4. When a customer is ready to pay, staff to present customer with QR code for scanning

Step 5. Customer scans the QR code and completes the payment using their preferred payment method
