Once you've turned on Papaya Credits, your outlet will be promoted on Outlet Discovery shown at payment on customer's app. Customers will see a list of outlets where credits can be redeemed.
If you like to promote your store on Outlet Discovery and did not turn ON Papaya Credits yet, follow the steps below:
Go to Settings
Select Papaya Credits
Set time on the day(s) that you want to open for credit redemption. We recommend to set during off-peak time of each day.
Set Minimum Order Value, Discount Type, Percentage, Maximum Discount (Optional) accordingly. Read more on Papaya Credits in this article.
❗️Reminder: Once your Papaya Credits is turned ON, your customers will be able to see the discount rules on the list of eligible outlets in Outlet Discovery.

❗️Important note: Customer can ONLY redeem their Papaya credits if the payment is made online. We recommend you to encourage customer to pay on the app for them to collect credits for redemption.
2. Customer can see lists of the eligible outlet in both checkout and order complete page.
Note: If your customer is already signed up for Papaya credits, after checkout they will receive Papaya Credits automatically.
