Reviews feature allows customers to leave rating for your restaurant. Once customer complete the payment, the Reviews page will appear on their device. Like any other Reviews feature, customer are able to give 1 to 5 star rating by clicking on the star and leave comments in the text box below.
Customer reviews will be redirect upon the review rules set by merchant in Papaya > Settings > Reviews.
How to manage your Reviews Rules?
To manage your reviews and rules within your outlet go to Settings > Reviews and set your preferred preference accordingly. Reviews by your customer will be redirected to Review Summary on Google.
Star Rating - Turn ON the toggle to enabled the star rating. Customers will be able to rate their experience from 1 to 5 star once payment is complete on their device.
Redirect - If customers choose a rating above your selected threshold, they will be redirected to your preferred review platform or to Google by default. For example, if they choose Exactly 5 stars, only 5 stars reviews from customer will be redirected on Google (by default) or the preferred URL.
Unhappy Customer Contact Info - Turn on the toggle if you wish to receive contact details from 1 or 2-star reviewers to follow-up personally.
Comments - Turn on the toggle to allow customer to leave feedback through comment box.
Where can I view all the reviews?
To view all the reviews go to Insights > Reviews. You will find insights and analysis of your outlet reviews with comments. Do filter specifics date or time period to see only your preferred reviews.
❗Important note: Remember to turn on the toggle on Star Rating to receive reviews from your customers.
How do I get Review on Google?
Once your customer submit the review on Papaya, there will be a pop-up Google
