Move the toggle to the right position to turn ON Credit and set your preferred redeemable hours. Redeemable hours is typically set on off-peak hours/days which Papaya credits can be redeemed by customers. Customer can also redeem Papaya Credits at other restaurant that have their Papaya Credit turned ON. We recommend to have Credit ON during your off-peak time/day(s) of the week to incentivize your customer and boost your sales.
To accumulate Papaya Credits, customer will need to sign up by filling in their email address at the payment landing page on their device.
Once customer submits their email address, a Confirmation Email from Papaya will trigger to their account, after they click on Confirm Email, they will be automatically signed in and redirect to their Papaya account. Do note that the link in the confirmation email will be valid for only 15 mins. If the customer is unable to sign in to their account, they will need to sign up and confirm on the email again. Once the customer are signed in, they will need to fill in personal details to have their account activated.
Once their account is activated, they will be able to view how many Papaya Credit has been accumulated in their account.
