The menu is breakdown into 3 parts, Menu, Category, and Item. Each part depend on each other. For example, add an item on the menu, you must first create a Category and to add a Category, you must create/add a Menu.

To add the Menu, click on Add new, select Menu.

Name your menu (eg. Food) > select the ordering channel for this Menu, and fill in the service hours in the Availability. You may have different service hours for food and drinks, hence creating different Menu. If you have several service hours, you may also add the hours accordingly.

Once your Menu is created, Add Category for different categories in your menu. Ensure to name each category according to how you like to show your customers.

Open price

You can manually specify a price for an item when a menu if ordered with staff. For example, you may want to set the price of an item differently depending on the market price for that item on the day it is ordered or when a customer customized their order.

Price - specify the price of the item

Sale price - add the discount price for your item if applicable

Once you've added the sale price, original price will be strikethrough on the menu on customer's view.

Description - add description to your menu item

Category - if you like to move the menu item to a different category, click on the drop down list and select other category accordingly.

Availability - select the status for the menu.

  • Available - item is shown in the menu on customer's view

  • Out of shock - item is shown but faded grey in the menu on customer's view

  • Merchant only - item is shown on the POS for staff to add order but not shown on customer's view

  • Unavailable - item is not shown on the POS and on customer's view

Printer Groups - select the printer group for the menu item.

Delete item - item will be permanently removed from the menu once deleted.
