Dietary and Marketing tag are the two types of tags that can be attached to each menu item. You can chose either one or both type of tags to attach to the menu item. There are 7 tags from both types for you to select and attached to the menu item. These 7 tags are on the list by default and you will not be deleted.
Type of tags:
Dietary tags - add dietary information by attaching several dietary tags on the menu.
Marketing tags - create and add marketing tag to market your menu on customers's view.
To create additional tags, go to Menu > Tags > select the type from the drop down list > name the tag > set the abbreviation (if preferred) > turn on the Filterable if you like your customer to be able to filter the tags.
You may also bulk update the tags in the menu. Go to menu > Add new > select Update dietary tags or marketing tags > Save.
