Sometimes you'll need to make some changes to orders. In this article we'll cover how to:
Move items (to another channel)
Edit items menu
In both cases, first open the order details by clicking anywhere on the row.
Once in the order details, click the 3 dots in the "items" section to reveal the item edit options.
Cancel items / order
Once you've selected "Cancel items" in the menu as shown above, select the item(s) you'd like to cancel and click "Cancel Items" in the bottom right as below. These items will show a "Cancelled" label as above, both for staff and for the customer.
If you like to cancel the entire order, click on More Action, and select "Cancel Order".
If like to specify reason for cancelling order and/or item, you will need to set the reason(s) in Setting > Outlets > Order & item cancel reasons. Once reasons for cancelling order & item is set, a drop down menu will appear before cancelling any order or item.

Once a reason for cancelling are set, you must select reason in order to cancel the order or item.
Move items
To move items to another channel, select "Move items" from the edit item menu.
Then check the item(s) you would like to move, and select the channel you would like to move them to and click "Move items".
Move / Changing table
To move / change tables, click on More Actions on bottom right of the dashboard. Select Move Order > select the channel you would like to move the orders to.
Once you select the channel a ticket will be be printed from the ticket printer. The function is by default for all printers.
Note: Moving / Changing Table ticket will only printer from printer(s) that is set to print tickets and receipts. If a particular printer is set to only print receipts, the Moving/Changing table will not be printed.
