Orders shouldn't need to be reopened often, but every now and then something happens. Maybe staff accidentally added an extra payment, forgot to add or cancel an item, forgot to apply a discount, etc. Sometimes you even need to cancel an order that has been closed.
We strongly recommend not reopening and editing unless absolutely necessary and correct, in order to protect your data accuracy.
To reopen an order, first open the order details by clicking anywhere on the row.
Once opened, you'll see the "Reopen Order" button in the bottom right.
From there, select your reason for needing to reopen the order, make the order edits needed, and either complete or cancel the order as needed.
