Cancelled items and orders in printed report

Distinguish between items and orders cancelled before and after payment

Most POS systems treat voiding as simply cancelling items before payment. Once payment is completed, items can no longer be voided — they must be refunded instead.

Before you initiate a refund, you can now distinguish between items / orders that was cancelled before versus after the payment. This distinction will allow more accurate reporting and support future refunds.
