Each printer group can print its standard labels — Subtotal, Total, Order No., delivery details — in English or Thai. The setting is per printer group, so your cashier receipts and your kitchen tickets can print in different languages from the same outlet.
Item names are never translated. They print exactly as you entered them in your menu.
Setting the print language
Go to Settings → Direct Printing → Printer Groups
Click the printer group you want to change
Set Print language to English or ไทย
Click Save

Good to know
Each group is independent — changing one doesn't affect the others.
Existing printer groups keep printing exactly as they do today until you choose a language.
The words Tax and VAT follow your outlet's country rather than the print language, because they are tax terms rather than labels.
‼️ If one printer belongs to two groups with different languages, slips that aren't tied to a single group — such as table-move tickets — use the language of the first group listing that printer. Keep shared printers on the same language to avoid surprises.
