Papaya Credits is a loyalty and promotion system. Merchants can configure credit rules that determine how credits are earned, redeemed, and when they’re available.
Credit rules
Each outlet can have credit rules with:
Field | What it controls |
Discount type | Fixed amount or percentage |
Min order value | Minimum order amount to redeem credits |
Max discount | Cap on the discount amount (for percentage type) |
Redeemable hours | Specific days and time windows when credits can be used |
How credits work
Customers earn credits through purchases or promotions
Credits have statuses: pending → confirmed (or expired)
Customers spend credits at checkout as a discount on their order
How to set up
Navigate to Settings → Papaya Credits to configure your credit rules. You can set different rules for different days/times to run targeted promotions.
