When customers have Papaya Credits, they can discover outlets where their credits can be redeemed through the credit discovery feature in the customer app. This helps drive traffic to your outlet from credit-holding customers.
How discovery works
Customers browse a list of outlets that accept Papaya Credits
Each outlet shows: name, logo, cover image, average rating, and credit redemption rules
Outlets are sorted by rating and filtered by redeemable hours
What customers will see on your outlet
Your outlet’s discovery card includes:
Outlet name and logo
Cover image
Average rating and total number of reviews
Credit rules — discount type, minimum order, redeemable hours
Making your outlet discoverable
To appear in credit discovery, your outlet needs:
Papaya Credits enabled (see Settings → Papaya Credits)
At least one active credit rule configured
An outlet logo and cover image uploaded (for the discovery card)
‼️ Outlets only appear in discovery during their configured redeemable hours. Outside those hours, your outlet won’t show up in the credit discovery list.
