🎉NEW🎉 Papaya layout

We are excited to share the NEW Papaya layout in the Order page. This new layout includes new look of the order page. You will see new cool features and functions such as the timer indicating when the table was open, drop down list for channel selection, new menu drop down list and Hold & Fire feature.

You refer to timer to view when the order was open. The timer shows how long an order has been active, it helps you keep track of preparation times. This reduces delays and ensures orders don’t get forgotten.

Drop down channel list is a quick switch between orders. The drop-down channel list is helpful because it makes it easier for you to manage and organize orders coming from different channels. Click on the channel list on the top left and channel list will appear in the center.

You can instantly switch between different menu without scrolling through the entire menu. Menu drop down list makes finding and managing items faster and more easy to view. Click on the drop down list on the top left and the menu list will appear at the center for you to select the item accordingly.

Hold & fire feature give you control over when items are sent to the kitchen. You can hold items until the right time and the fire them when your customer is ready. This feature is to create better dining experience for your customer and flexibility for your operation.
