How to use?
Got to Settings > Pacing
Toggle ON Hold & Fire order items to enable hold & fire order items.
Toggle ON Include held order items on a ticket, to held order items will also be printed once order item is confirmed. Do note that held order items won't be printed unless it's being fired.
Go back to Order > Unsent. Do note that when a staff adds items to the basket, there will be a toggle to hold & fire. If an item is being held, those items will be moved to held section. Staff can fire items to the kitchen by toggle to fire and ticket will be printed.
‼️ Important note: Staff will not be able to complete the order if there are remaining menu items being held.
