Daily Summary Report: Orders by Item & Option tab

Item sales split by exact option combination — including items sold without options.

What this tab is for

Orders by Item & Option is the deepest reconciliation view: item sales split by the exact option combination chosen — so you can total revenue for, say, every "Latte + Oat Milk + Large" sold.

All Order Values by Item & Option

Quantity summed per item × option group × option, alongside the order number, day, item price, option price and channel. Items ordered without any option are included too, with the option columns blank — so the tab covers every item sold, not just customised ones.

Definitions

  • Item price is the base unit price; option price is what the chosen option added (0 for free options). Together they make up the line's value.

  • Confirmed items on completed orders; the date shown is the order's day.

  • An item with two options appears once per option — quantity is per row, so don't sum quantities across a single item's option rows.
