Daily Summary Report: Timeframes tab

Sales inside your configured time-of-day windows, daily and weekly — including dine-in revenue per guest.

What this tab is for

The Timeframes tab reports sales inside the time-of-day windows you configure per outlet (e.g. Breakfast 06:00–11:00, Lunch 11:00–16:00, Dinner 16:00–00:00). If your outlet has no custom timeframes, these tables are empty — set them up in outlet settings.

The tables

1. Timeframes | by Day

Timeframes by Day

One row per day × timeframe: the window's hours, orders, guests, Item Total, Revenue (charged totals), AOV (Revenue ÷ Orders), and two dine-in lenses — Dine-in Rev and Dine-in Rev / Guest, where the per-guest figure divides dine-in revenue by the guests on dine-in orders only, so takeaway and delivery don't dilute it.

2. Timeframes | by Week

Timeframes by Week

The same measures rolled up per week (Monday-to-Sunday, Bangkok time) — for comparing shifts across weeks without daily noise.

Definitions

  • Orders land in a timeframe based on the clock time they were opened, Bangkok time. Windows crossing midnight (e.g. 18:00–02:00) are handled correctly.

  • An order matches at most one timeframe. Orders outside every configured window aren't shown on this tab.

  • Guests count only what staff/QR recorded — the per-guest column is blank where a timeframe had no dine-in guests.

What this tab does NOT show

  • Hour-by-hour detail — Totals by Hour on the Sales Summary tab.

  • Long-run trends per timeframe — the Trends dashboard in Insights splits every metric by timeframe.
