What this dashboard is for
The KPIs dashboard compares your outlets against a target you choose. Pick a target like "Avg | last 3 months" or "Best | all-time" and every chart draws that as a dashed line next to the weekly actuals — so "are we beating our usual week?" has a visual answer.
How the Target works (read this first)
The Target filter offers two families, each over several time windows:
Best | … — your best single week in the window (all-time, this year, last year, last 12 months, last 3 months, last 30 days, same month variants).
Avg | … — your average week over the window.
Targets are computed per outlet from that outlet's own history, then combined when several outlets are shown. The date-range filter only changes which weeks are displayed — the target is always computed from the full history of the chosen window, so zooming in doesn't move the line.
For guest-based metrics, weeks where the outlet recorded no guest counts are ignored when computing targets — otherwise old weeks without guest data would drag the average down artificially.
The charts, top to bottom
1. Outlets vs target
The scoreboard: each outlet's current week against its own target, so multi-outlet groups see at a glance who's ahead and who's behind.
2. Revenue | Weekly
Weekly revenue (the charged order totals) with the dashed target line. Weeks run Monday–Sunday in Bangkok time.
3. Orders | Weekly
Weekly completed-order counts vs target.
4. Guests | Weekly
Weekly guest counts vs target. Weeks before the outlet started recording guest counts show as empty — and are excluded from the target math (see above).
5. Rev/Order | Weekly
Average order value per week (revenue ÷ orders) vs target.
6. Dine-in Rev/Guest | Weekly
Revenue per guest, dine-in orders only — takeaway and delivery are excluded because they carry no guest counts and would inflate the number. The target is computed on the same dine-in-only basis, from weeks that have guest data.
Definitions
Completed orders only; revenue = charged totals (after discounts, incl. service charge and tax).
Weeks are Monday–Sunday, Bangkok time, on the reporting-date business day.
The Outlets filter narrows both the displayed weeks and the target to the selected outlet(s).
If actuals sit above an "Avg" target most weeks, that's expected when the business is growing — the average includes older, smaller weeks. Switch to a "Best" target for a stretch goal.
