Partner channels connect your Papaya menu to third-party delivery platforms like Grab, Lineman, Foodpanda, and others. Each partner channel tracks a commission rate and can have a custom display name.
Setting up a partner channel
Go to Channels and click Add channel
Select channel type: Partner
Choose the partner platform (Grab, Lineman, Foodpanda, Shopee Food, Robinhood, or Other)
Set the Commission (GP) rate — this is the percentage the delivery platform takes
For "Other" partners, enter a custom name

Commission tracking
The commission rate you set is used for reporting purposes — it helps you track how much each platform takes from your revenue. This doesn’t affect pricing or payments; it’s for your internal analytics.
‼️ Partner channel names must be unique. If you use "Other", each custom partner name must be different.
