Floor plan is to help you identify the location of tables and seats at your restaurant. By creating floor plan, you will be able to add order to the table directly. To build a floor plan, go to Settings > Outlets > Floor Plans > Add floor plan > build a different floor plan for different floor and section.

Steps to create tables in the floor plan:

  1. Add floor plan

  2. Name the floor plan

  3. Select orientation whether > Landscape or Portrait from the drop down menu

  4. Click Save

  5. Add Section

  6. Name > fill in the section name (eg. Bar section, Left zone table, etc.)

  7. Status > if you toggle this OFF, you wont be able to add any table from this section into the floor plan

  8. Tables > name your table (this table will be link to a channel, recommend to name same as the channel you select from the drop down menu)

Once tables are created, it will appear on the list. Click on the table to add the table to the floor plan. Adjust shape and size accordingly as per the table at your outlet.

Once the floor plan is created, you may Add order directly on the table. Go to > Order hoover to table and a floor plan will appear. When table is open and/or order is placed, the table will change color automatically.

What does each color mean?

Light gray means that there is no order.

Dark gray means that there is an order but the last order was placed less than 30 mins

Orange mean that order was placed less than 1 hour

Red means that the order was placed more than 1 hour

Green means that there was a payment but not fully paid yet

Note: If you are using Papaya as main POS, you may also add order by tapping on the light gray color table. For other color table, tap on it to open order details.

❗️Important note: Tables in the floor plan can only be created if the table is a dine-in and prepay dine-in channels.
