Can't see your menu after scanning the QR code? Here are the most common reasons, how to check them, and how to solve them.
Menu times
The most common problem is that you are checking the menu outside of the times the menu is available.
Go to Menu > Edit (pencil icon) > Availability to see the time availability of your menu. If your are trying during a time outside of these availabilities, just change the availability and hit save.
Updates to menu availability can take up to 5 minutes to reflect on the customer app side, so give it a few minutes and check again.
Incorrect ordering channels
In the same window as above (Menu > Edit (pencil icon)), check which Ordering channels the menu is available on.
Menus have different ordering channels options so you can have different menus for delivery, for example.
If you are scanning a QR code that belongs to a channel type that is not checked, make sure to either scan the correct QR code, or update the ordering channels you would like this menu available on.
