Every outlet on Papaya has its own plan, billed together on one subscription.
Adding a new outlet
Go to Settings → Outlets and create a new outlet.
After the outlet details, you'll choose its plan — same options as onboarding, locked to your existing billing period.
A confirmation shows the prorated amount due now and your new recurring total.
Select Confirm and pay. The outlet appears once the payment is confirmed, with its plan active — no new trial, since your subscription is already running.
If you don't have an active subscription yet, creating an outlet takes you through checkout instead.
Removing a location from billing
When a location closes:
Delete the outlet (Settings → Outlets).
Go to Settings → Billing & Packages → Adjust plan — the removed outlet no longer appears.
Select Update subscription to confirm. Your recurring total drops from the next billing period.
‼️ Deleting an outlet does not stop its billing by itself. After deleting, always update your subscription in Billing & Packages — or contact support and we'll adjust it for you.
Mixing plans
Locations don't need the same plan — run your flagship on POS & Inventory Pro AI and a kiosk on POS Starter. Each location's price is shown in Manage outlet plans (see Managing Your Subscription).
