Access Freshket on Papaya Shop

Freshket is a platform that connects farmers, food suppliers, and restaurants, facilitating efficient sourcing and delivery of fresh and dried food products. You can order your food supplies directly through the platform. It offers flexible delivery time slots, a dedicated customer success team available from 6:00 AM to midnight, and online billing invoices to support VAT claims.

Papaya is the first and only POS system fully integrated with Freshket. This means you can now access Freshket via the Papaya Shop by clicking on the Shop tab. In the Shop, you can sign in or register if you don’t already have a Freshket account.


How to Access Freshket

If you don’t have a Freshket account, click Register to create one. Choose either Restaurants Without Code or Restaurants With Code, then fill in the required details.
If you already have an account, click Sign In and you’ll be redirected to your Freshket dashboard.


How to Use Freshket

After signing up with your email and phone number, you can explore Freshket’s extensive catalog of over 4,000 items—including fresh produce, meat, seafood, and dry goods.

Steps to order:

  1. Browse & Add to Cart
    Go to the Home page and add your desired items to the cart.

  2. Choose a Delivery Slot
    Select a convenient delivery date and time. Freshket offers flexible delivery slots, including next-day delivery.

  3. Place Order & Make Payment
    Review your order and confirm the purchase. Payments can be made securely online through the platform.

  4. Receive Delivery
    Freshket will deliver your order to the specified address within your selected time slot.


How to Apply a Promotion Code

After selecting your items, proceed to the Order Confirmation page. Click on “Use or View Promo Code”, then enter FKTPAPAYA50 and click Apply before completing your purchase.
