A custom dashboard is a page our team builds specifically for your outlet, using your live Papaya data. It is not a report builder — you tell us what you need, and we build and maintain it for you.

Custom dashboards are part of the Pro AI plan. On other plans, the Custom tab shows an upgrade card where you can review what's included.

The two tabs are separate: you can have one, the other, or both, depending on what we've built with you.

How to request a custom dashboard
Message us in the support chat with:
What question you want answered — e.g. "daily breakfast cost of sales as a % of revenue"
The figures involved — sales, item quantities, ingredient usage, guest counts, payment methods…
How you want it broken down — by day, by outlet, by category, by staff member
How you use it today — if you build this in a spreadsheet now, a sample helps us match it
Our team will confirm the scope with you and let you know when it's live.
FAQ
Can I edit the dashboard myself? Not yet — changes go through our team. Message support with what you'd like adjusted.
Does it cover all my outlets? Dashboards are built per outlet. If you need the same view for several outlets, tell us which ones.
I'm on Pro AI but still see the upgrade card. Message support — we'll check your outlet's plan right away.
