Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the plan chosen during setup. While the trial runs, the top bar shows how many days remain (e.g. 30 trial days left), and the sidebar shows a Get started checklist that tracks your progress towards your first order.
The Get started checklist
Each item ticks itself off automatically as soon as the real thing exists — there's nothing to mark done by hand. Open items are shortcuts: selecting one takes you straight to the right page.
Create your outlet — already done when you finish setup.
Upload menu with AI — ticks once your outlet has a menu (created with Copilot during setup, or any time under Menu).
Create channels — ticks once at least one ordering channel exists under Channels (a dine-in table, takeaway, delivery, …).
Create your first order — ticks after your first order on any channel, including one you ring up yourself on the POS.
When all four are done, the card disappears on its own — its job is finished.
During and after the trial
You have full access to your chosen plan for all 30 days.
Billing starts automatically when the trial ends. To change or cancel before then, see Managing Your Subscription.

FAQ
Do I have to finish the checklist?
No — it's a guide, not a gate. No features are locked behind it.
I finished an item but it isn't ticked.
Items refresh when the page loads — reload the page and it will catch up.
Where did the checklist go?
It hides once every item is complete, and it only appears while your account is on a trial.
