When you print an order report, you can now narrow it down to specific POS devices instead of always reporting on the whole outlet. This is useful when you want to see the numbers for one station, bar, or terminal on its own — for example, reconciling the cash drawer at the Main Bar without the Cigar Room's orders mixed in.
Where to find it
Go to Reports (merchant.papaya.co.th → Reports).
On the Printed report form, choose your report Type.
Use the new Devices field to pick one or more POS devices.
Set your Date Range and tap Print.
‼️ The Devices field only appears when your outlet has POS devices set up. If you don't see it, you have no devices registered yet — see Device-Based Printing to add and name them.
How the filter works
Selection | What the report includes |
No devices selected (empty) | Data from all devices — this is the default and matches the old behaviour. |
One or more devices selected | Only orders taken on the selected device(s). |
Leaving the field empty is always safe: an empty selection means "everything", so you never accidentally exclude data.
Tips
Device names in the dropdown are the same names you set under Settings → Devices. Give each device a clear name (e.g. "Main Bar", "Counter 2") so they're easy to pick here. The small ↗ icon next to the Devices label jumps straight to that settings page.
The device filter applies to the order data in the report — your date range, timezone and reporting-day settings still apply on top of it.
