Customer reviews let diners rate their experience and leave feedback after an order. You can configure reviews per outlet to collect ratings, comments, and optionally redirect high-scoring customers to an external review platform (like Google Reviews).

What you can configure

Setting

What it controls

Enable rating

Show/hide the star rating prompt after order completion

Enable comment

Allow customers to leave written feedback alongside their rating

Rating redirect

When a customer rates above a threshold, redirect them to an external URL (e.g. Google Reviews)

Save customer info

Collect phone or email with the review for follow-up

How to set up

  1. Go to Settings → Reviews

  2. Toggle on Enable rating

  3. Optionally enable comments and customer info collection

  4. To redirect happy customers: set a rating threshold and enter your Google Reviews (or similar) URL

How it works for customers

After completing an order, customers see a rating prompt (1–5 stars). If comments are enabled, they can add written feedback. If redirect is configured and their rating meets the threshold, they’re sent to your external review page.

‼️ Reviews are configured per outlet in Settings → Reviews. You can view submitted reviews in the same section.
